Every step you take in the 2024 Whisper Walk gets us one step closer to a world without Ovarian Cancer. Your support for this event helps OAK provide educational resources to support cancer patients and their families. It also helps us fund research to raise awareness for ovarian and gynecologic cancers.

Please join us for
Blue Hydrangea Tea
Spend an afternoon enjoying snacks and tea as you stroll the Main Street businesses!
Proceeds from this annual event organized by the La Grange Main Street Program will benefit OAKKY.

Check-in starts at noon; opening prayer at 1pm

Tickets $15
- Your ticket gives you access to sweet and savory treats, along with a beverage at participating businesses. The businesses provide these items at no charge, so all proceeds can be donated to OAK. Please consider shopping for your needs in each store.
- Ticket holders will receive a vintage tea cup, available for pickup at the Walnut Street check-in.
For an additional $8.00 donation, Blooms Floral on Main Street will provide a blue hydrangea stem to be a source of comfort as you remember the loss of a friend, mother, sister, aunt, etc.. Consider picking up your flowers and teacups at the end of your visit, so your hands are free to enjoy the treats along the Blue Hydrangea Tea trail!
If you are currently in treatment or have ever been in treatment, be sure to go by DeHaven Baptist Church on Main Street and ring the church bell sometime during your stay. You may also find it helpful to talk with one of the community support team members on hand to gain courage for the journey.
Bring a photo of yourself (if you are a survivor or are in treatment) and a photo of a loved one you want to honor and add it to the picture frames that will be provided. We will take a photo of the displays and add them to our “Blue Hydrangea” photo collection.
Additionally, there will be specialty food trucks on hand for this event.
Attendees MUST present their emailed receipt at check-in, either on their phone or a printed copy.
